About Migraine

Updated on 15/03/2018

MIGRAINE

Migraine is a complex neurological condition, which can affect the whole body and can result in many symptoms, sometimes without a headache at all. It can be easily overlooked or misdiagnosed and can affect people in different ways.

Research continues, but at present it is not fully known what causes migraine; there is no clear diagnostic test and, as yet, there is no cure.

More information about migraine can be found in the following resources.

Migraine Action is the national advisory and support charity for people affected by migraine.
